CCF will continue to work with donor’s professional advisors and the assets can continue to be invested with the donor’s financial advisor. CCF supports the integrity of the relationship between the professional advisor and donor. For example, the CCF can provide forms and advice to the donor’s attorney, but the attorney will draft all legal documents.
The CCF wants to serve as a resource for the donor’s professional advisors. The CCF staff can provide charitable planning advice based upon years of experience.
CCF never replaces the donor’s professional advisor; it simply serves as a member of the donor’s team implementing the donor’s charitable goals.
